Shipping Policy
Shipping options that we offer are as follows:
- FREE shipping for orders in the Continental United States (excluding APO addresses)
- Free Shipping for Standard US Shipping (5-8 Business Days after shipping)
- $9.99 for Priority US Shipping (3-5 Business Days after shipping)
- Express US Shipping calculated at checkout (1-2 Business Days after shipping)
- International Shipping options are based on weight and dimensions of order package and are selected at checkout.
- International customers please read before placing an order: Brynn & Rae Boutique is NOT responsible for any custom fees and duties fees, these fees are the Buyer's responsibility. If custom and duties fees are not paid by Buyer and package is returned to Brynn & Rae Boutique, order will NOT be refunded. Brynn & Rae Boutique is not responsible for any packages withheld by customs. We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are FINAL for international orders.

Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days not including holidays, weekends etc. ALL orders are provided a tracking number. Please allow 2 business days for your tracking number to update via the post carrier's website once tracking number is received. Delivery times are not guaranteed but is our best approximation and can vary.
- Second-day and Next-day Shipping is not available to post office boxes at this time. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.
- Brynn & Rae Boutique is NOT held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the customer's mistake or misspelling of the shipping address. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that they enter the address correctly and to ensure it is a valid for USPS/UPS shipments.
- Brynn & Rae Boutique packages can not be forwarded to a different address in the case of an incorrect address. The shipping address entered must be the correct and final mailing address.
- Brynn & Rae Boutique is NOT responsible for packages that are marked as delivered through the post carrier, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact your local post carrier with your tracking number for further assistance or click the links below to file a claim.
- Brynn & Rae Boutique has the right to cancel orders at any time due to any reason.
