Return Policy
We strive to do our best to deliver amazing products that our customer's will love with exceptional customer service. We understand that there will be times that the item(s) might not work out.
We have a 15-day return policy from the delivery date of your package to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, fragrance-free items, with tags, and in its original packaging. (Item(s) with deodorant and/or makeup stains, human hair or excessive animal hair on the garment(s) will not be accepted.)
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility. Brynn & Rae does not provide return shipping labels. Shipping costs are not refundable unless item(s) received was damaged or defective. (See Damages and Issues below for information)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via our return portal will NOT be accepted. If customer does not claim shipped item(s) within 5 business days, the item will be donated. We will make 2 attempts to contact you before the item(s) are donated.
All return shipments from Buyer must include tracking number, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns are eligible for store credit only unless item(s) were defective or damaged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Refunds
Please allow 5-7 business days for all returns to be processed after receipt of item(s). Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If your return was approved, your account will be issued a store credit.
If your return is accepted, we will email you return instructions to return your item(s).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective item(s) are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. Photo's of such damage/defective must be provided. If customer does not contact us within 2 days, the item(s) will be ineligible for return.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. This does not qualify as defects.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for undergarments and accessories (swim wear/intimates/bodysuits, socks, hats, sunglasses, headbands, necklaces, earrings etc).
Items purchased with a Coupon Code, Loyalty VIP Perk Rewards, Doorbusters, TikTok Vouchers of any kind, Flash Sales/Deals, items in the ALMOST GONE & SALE tab are FINAL SALE!
We will not accept returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE, Accessories, Undergarments, Swim Suits and GIFT CARDS.
There will be a 15% Restocking Fee for customers who have returned 10 or more items within 12 calendar months. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges as all pieces are limited and not guaranteed to be restocked.
We take our shipping process very seriously and our team makes sure that each item is packaged with care as you expect. We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned with USPS, DHL, UPS, Fedex.

For TikTok Shop Customers/Users: If Tiktok Shop Customer/User opens a false refund ticket request via Tiktok Shop after order(s) has been shipped and shipping carrier has updated the status to "delivered" with evidence of such delivery, Brynn & Rae LLC will file a police report against such TikTok customer/user. An investigation will be open against such customer/user for falsely reporting/stealing to Tiktok Shop of status of delivered package and charges will be filed to the highest extent of the law. Brynn & Rae is small business owned and we do not tolerate any form of theft, dishonesty and deceit.
